PRODUCT INFORMATION:EURODRAW TE 428 is a semi-synthetic water-based product used in medium and fine wire drawing operations, especially for copper wire lead wire drawing processing.

– Due to being semi-synthetic, it is used in annealing process by 0.5-1.
– EURODRAW TE 428 emulsions are easy to filter and do not foaming even in deionized water .
– It is anticorrosive to ferrous materials in the system due to its special additives
STORAGE:The product should be kept in a dry and cool place, with the mouth closed in the original packaging. It should be avoided that the product is exposed to excessive heat for a long time and contact with strong oxidizing agents. The product can be stored at room temperature. The recommended storage temperature is 10 – 25Oc ‘. When preparing the emulsion, the required amount of concentrate must be mixed into the water. This should be done with the help of a pump or other mixer. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 1 year.
