PRODUCT INFORMATION:EUROLUB CP 510 is a protective emulsion that prevents all kinds of iron and steel coating materials from being oxidized and rusted in ambient conditions such as water moisture during intermediate storage or transportation.
ADVANTAGES :
– Perfectly protects all kinds of iron,steel products and coating products from environmental conditions.
– It is successfully applied during the inter-operation stocking of the finished products or shipment to another place.
– Creates a thin film layer.
– Metal does not stick to other surfaces thanks to the thin film layer it creates on the surface, it is not smeared.
– Can be cleaned in degreasing baths with suitable solvents.
STORAGE:The product should be kept in a dry and cool place, with the mouth closed in the original packaging. It should be avoided that the product is exposed to excessive heat for a long time and contact with strong oxidizing agents. The product can be stored at room temperature. The recommended storage temperature is 10 – 25c ‘. When preparing the emulsion, the required amount of concentrate must be mixed into the water. This should be done with the help of a pump or other mixer. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 1 year.
