PRODUCT INFO:Polyethylene is composed of combination of wax and surfactants.
ADVANTAGES :
– Resistant to high working pressure and heat.
– Does not smoke.
– Forming a perfect layer of protective and slider film on the mould surface, allowing the casting part to be easily separated from the mold.
It mixes with – Water at every rate to ensure the cooling of the mold.
– With anti-corrosion additives ensure the long life of the mould. Due to the protective and slider film layer, it prevents unpleasant coloration on the mold and the product. Not oxidized.
– Mamul does not affect the structure and prevents surface defects. Mold does not make dirt on your face.
– Does not affect the process after processing. (Painting, coating etc.)
– Shows resistance to hard water.
STORAGE:The product should be kept in a dry and cool place, protected from extreme cold and heat, with the mouth closed in the original packaging. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 1 year.
