AREA OF USE: Water Based Grafted Forging Oil
PRODUCT INFO:Graphite based water blended hot forging oil. Forged oil, which can be used as mold separator oil in all kinds of forging presses and hammer and forging processes, which have lubricating properties even at very high temperature, is also successfully used in the parchment and extrusion processes.
ADVANTAGES :

– Provides effective protection against corrosion in intermediate stocking.
– Creating a film between the mold and the material, ensuring long mold life and smooth surface.
– Provides a clean working environment.
The machine and the processed part are then not subjected to any cleaning process.
STORAGE:The product should be kept in a dry and cool place, with the mouth closed in the original packaging. It should be avoided that the product is exposed to excessive heat for a long time and contact with strong oxidizing agents. The product can be stored at room temperature. The recommended storage temperature is 10 – 25Oc ‘. When preparing the emulsion, the required amount of concentrate must be mixed into the water. This should be done with the help of a pump or other mixer. The shelf life of the product in its original packaging is 1 year.
